Our Open Positions
Disability Support Worker
The Disability Support Worker (DSW) is responsible for delivering empowering and quality services to individuals with disabilities. They promote independence, skill development, and decision-making while adhering to established policies and legal requirements.
We require our Support Workers to have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, flexibility for shifts on a 24/7 roster, reliable transport and proven previous support worker experience.
Certificate III in Disabilities and local to Ipswich is preferred.
Must be a team player with a happy demeanor.
